We are currently open for in-person shopping Thursday through Saturday 10am until 5pm.

We can also open by appointment (say, for example, if you're coming in from out of town, or just can't make our hours). Email hello@florenceandthemakers.ca to set up an appointment. 

We're located in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada.  

We currently ship to Canada and the US. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside of Canada.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on any printed materials or cut fabric. For any other items, we offer a store credit. We are a small (tiny!) business and appreciate the support so much!

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

Pick-up is available during our hours of operation (Thursday to Saturday 10am until 5pm) or by appointment at Old Quebec St. Mall, 55 Wyndham St. N, Unit T4B (mainfloor).

If you are unable to pick-up your order during our open hours, alternate times can be arranged by getting in touch via our Contact Us form.
